The hotel is located down the hill, close to some very beautiful beaches and a short walk to some cool restaurants. the view is awesome and perfect for seeing the sunset.
The wifi was very slow and unreliable, and the breakfast was poor. the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in, and the hotel did not have a kitchen so ordering food was not an option.

The music they played was always repeated over and over, it got boring.

Barlavento was known to us from 10 years earlier and we were happy to find it almost as we knew it then. The location is great and with a sea- view room, the view looking out is indeed great. They also provide a shuttle service to the beach during daytime and in the evenings to the town centre. This means that we were able to leave the car safely in the car park and not having to drive.
One grumble was that because it was quite windy when we stayed, the shutter rattled continuously during the night.

Amazing sea views and a great location close to nice restaurants. the breakfast was good and had plenty of options. the pool area was lovely and we enjoyed watching the sunset from there.
The WiFi was unreliable and the air conditioning was quite loud. the room could have been a bit cleaner and the bed was not particularly comfortable.

The location of this hotel was perfect for me as it was just a short walk away from some stunning beaches. The hotel is nestled in a picturesque rainforest, and the view from my suite was amazing. Breakfast had a wide selection of food, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
Could not be improved in any way.

The view and setting were breathtaking. Comfy bed, good shower, and spacious room with large comfortable beds. Breakfast had lots of options. Location was close to the beach, restaurants, and city center. The pool area was also nice.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a great place to relax and soak up the sun.
The air conditioning was noisy and made it hard to hear the TV. The wifi was spotty, sometimes working and other times not.
